- What does West Texas Tough Mean to Me? It means standing up and do what’s right even when you want to. To help those who can’t help themselves, to be the neighbor everyone wants.

- Favorite Thing about working at Keith & Lorfing: That is the hard one, most people would say, the people I work with (who don’t get me wrong are great people), I would say the life-changing opportunities we are able to give people. To help them define who they are or are not and help them move on. Not every person who walks through our door is a “bad” person, they are people who just mad a “bad” choice.

West Texas Roots
Wendi is with our clients from the beginning to the end. Sometimes she is holding their hands; other times she is giving them tough love, but she is always there to seem them through. She is the one there to remind them “this does not define you.” She is there to oversee all day-to-day procedures and work out any issues, so our clients do not have to worry. Because of her experience, Wendi has been able to see all aspects of the criminal justice system. She understands that most of the time when we meet our clients, they are experiencing the worst thing they have ever had to deal with. She is the one there to remind them “this does not define you – you are not your worst mistake.”
Wendi married her high school sweetheart and has been with him for over 39 years. They never saw Texas as their final destination but have come to love every dust storm and Texas sunrise and sunset. They have been blessed to raise their children here and cherish the seven grandchildren they have been given.
