Mandy Kennedy brings a rare combination of discipline, leadership, and real-world experience to her role as Office Manager and Criminal Defense Paralegal. Born in Dallas County, Mandy moved to Abilene during high school, where she attended and graduated from Cooper High School. She has proudly called Abilene home since 1997.
In 2004, Mandy enlisted in the U.S. Army as a combat medic. She was active duty for five years, in the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell and served two one-year combat tours in Iraq. Her military honors include the Combat Medical Badge, two Army Commendation Medals, and two Iraq Campaign Medals.
After completing her military service, Mandy spent six years at the Abilene Country Club, working her way up to Food and Beverage Manager.
In 2017, Mandy transitioned into the legal field, where she gained experience across criminal defense, personal injury, probate, real estate, and family law. She now serves as one of the firm’s Criminal Defense Paralegals while also acting as Office Manager. Her deep understanding of court procedures, combined with long-standing working relationships within the local legal system, allows her to support attorneys and clients.
While working full-time, Mandy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in 2022, further strengthening her operational and managerial expertise.
Grounded in West Texas values, Mandy is known for her resilience, work ethic, and loyalty to the people she serves. Her military background, leadership experience, and legal knowledge uniquely position her to guide both cases and staff with discipline, professionalism, and unwavering commitment.
