Mindy Massey

Mindy Massey is a Personal Injury Paralegal with nearly three decades of experience in the legal field. She brings both extensive knowledge and genuine compassion to every case she handles.

Originally from North Dallas, Mindy and her family moved to Abilene four and a half years ago and are proud to call it home. She earned her degree in Paralegal Studies and early in her career discovered a passion for personal injury law, where she found fulfillment in helping people navigate difficult and often overwhelming situations. She enjoys continuing to learn about the law and is working towards becoming a Certified Paralegal in Personal Injury through the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas.

Mindy Known for her empathy and approachability, she believes that sometimes the most important part of her role is simply listening—whether that means answering questions, offering reassurance, or being a steady presence during challenging times.

Outside of work, Mindy has been married to her best friend for 35 years, and together they have five children, two daughters and three sons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, serving in her church, listening to uplifting podcasts and music. Staying active is important to her and helps her maintain balance both personally and professionally.
