Javier Rocha is an attorney and family office executive with 16 years of legal experience. Throughout his career, he has spent over a decade leading privately held businesses, executive teams, and complex organizations.
Javier’s practice focuses heavily on high-stakes corporate governance, operational leadership, internal investigations, investment diligence, and long-term succession planning. His background includes managing stewardship for family office functions overseeing billions in assets and advising multi-billion-dollar enterprises. In addition to corporate governance, Javier brings extensive transactional expertise to the firm, advising clients on complex business transactions, estate planning, and real estate matters.
Javier earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law. Outside of his legal practice, he remains deeply committed to community leadership, serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Heritage School and as Assistant Scoutmaster for Boy Scouts Troop 137.
