Approach

Clients come to Keith & Lorfing after the worst day of their lives. My passion and commitment to defending the constitution and helping my clients knows no bounds. I will fight for the people who need it most, against any entity. Because justice demands it.

Trey’s trial skills and understanding of pre-litigation strategy have made him instrumental in the firm’s success.

He relishes taking on the District Attorney’s Office when their offers are unreasonable or unfair. He simply refuses to be outworked or out prepared. As an Eagle Scout, Trey learned from an early age that discipline and work ethic matter. Over the years he has developed a certain level of discernment in evaluating cases and clients have come to trust that discernment.

As a founding partner at Keith & Lorfing, Trey serves as the defacto statesman and braintrust of the firm. In addition to his law degree, Trey has a Masters Degree in Philosophy from Texas Tech University and is a distinguished member of MENSA.

He knows we must win the fight because everything is at stake for our clients. The trust each client puts in him is both humbling and inspiring. Honoring that trust is a responsibility he takes very seriously. By never backing down from a challenge, Trey has secured hundreds of favorable outcomes for his clients.
